All sales are final. However, returns are accepted if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product received is not as described or displayed on our website.

Return requests must be made within 7 working days from the date the product is received.


Returned items must be:

Unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Accompanied by the original purchase receipt as proof of transaction.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error was made by Galeri Ilmu (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

For purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, PG Mall, etc.), refunds will be processed according to the respective platform’s policies.

Customers may choose to receive store credit of the same value instead of a cash refund, to be used for future purchases.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be applicable for:

  • E-books or digital products (due to instant access).
  • Pre-order items once printing or shipment has begun.
  • Discounted, bundle, or clearance sale items.
  • Items that have been used, written on, or damaged by the customer.
